2 ideas for christmas leftovers (if you have any).

For the christmas cake that's gone a bit hard at the corners and no longer pleasant to eat:

Either make yourself some vanilla ice-cream and drop it into the mix at the last minute, or buy soft scoop vanilla ice-cream and stir it in and return to the freezer to eat anytime.

For the stuffing that's hanging around:

Make a casserole out of your turkey or chicken and make some dumplings. 50g of suet, 100g plain flour, pinch of salt, 5 tablespoons of water and the rest of your stuffing. Make into as many little balls as you can and drop on top of your casserole for 20 minutes.
